Return Policy

We stand behind our product 100%. We want you to be completely happy with your hand made wedding band. This is not always the case and therefore we would like to extend a 30 day return policy.   1. will allow returns and exchanges within 30 days of the ship date. If you choose to return or exchange an item, email with your order number, customer information and description of why you are returning the item to us and we will issue you an RMA #, or call 818-244-4738 and our friendly customer service representative will be glad to create a RMA # for you. 

  2. When packing the box for the return or exchange, please include the email with the RMA # and all the original packaging that was received with your order to expedite the return/exchange process (including diamond certificates, appraisals, and any other paperwork accompanying the product).** 

  3. After securely readying the package for return, affix label with the return/exchange address below.  Please note that all of the information below must be listed on the label or the package will be refused and sent back to you. For security reasons, please do not write the words jewelry, ring, diamond or anything else that can signify that there is jewelry in the box.

Once receives your package, it will be fully inspected. is not responsible for packages that are not received or are not returned to the correct address as listed above. Until receives the package, you are responsible for its contents (the package must be insured for its full value to be accepted). We will not accept any packages that are NOT insured or have not followed and of our return guidelines and rules. 

*All products returned are fully inspected prior to issuing a credit to your card or an exchange, less shipping charges. will not accept a return that shows signs of wear or alteration, scratches or blemishes, or has been engraved.

**Please double check that you are including all of the original packaging and paperwork.

All merchandise ordered for viewing purposes will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.

All orders will qualify for a one time exchange and there will be no refunds after exchange.

This return policy applies on all orders placed online or via phone. Upon acceptance of your return for an exchange, will immediately begin processing the exchange. If there are any additional questions regarding your exchange, a customer service representative will contact you either by phone or email.
